Lee relies on his decades of experience representing large companies while practicing in “big law” to help clients of all sizes in trials, arbitrations, preliminary injunction hearings, administrative hearings, and in dealing with governmental agencies including the FDA, USDA, FTC, CPSC, as well as local and state agencies. Lee also advises clients with a wide range of product-related issues, such as regulatory compliance, products recalls, labeling and advertising claims and best practices to reduce liability risks.

Commercial Litigation. Lee represents business in litigation and arbitration related to business disputes, including breach of contract, trade-secret litigation, ownership and control disputes, covenants not to compete/solicit, and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.

Product litigation. Lee also represents all types of product manufacturers and food & beverage producers in product liability and class action cases involving a wide range of products—including food & beverage, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and component parts. He also helps these clients resolve disputes with suppliers, competitors, or customers in a wide range of commercial and business tort contexts.

Regulatory compliance and recalls. Lee advises food, beverage, nutritional supplement, CBD, cosmetic, and consumer product manufacturers to help them comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements, including those concerning product claims, labeling, manufacturing practices, and site inspections. Lee advises clients on other product liability issues, including product warnings, liability disclaimers, and warranties. Lee also works closely with manufacturing clients to conduct product recalls that protect customers while maintaining brand integrity and goodwill, implement and ensure best practices, and avoid regulatory actions and liability.

Lee uses his 21 years of experience as an associate and partner with Holland & Hart LLP to provide effective and cost-effective service to clients of all sizes.
