Small and mid-size businesses often lack the scale to house their own in-house legal departments. Gray Bugos & Schroeder LLC fills that void by acting as an outside general counsel for many organizational clients. In this role, we assist with entity structuring and formation, resolving employment issues (including immigration services), negotiating contracts and vendor agreements, advising with business succession plans, and acting as a sounding board to analyze strategic plans or opportunities for legal risks and potential protections. We can also provide general legal advice on a variety of other matters business owners face – including the intersection of the business’s and business owner’s personal legal needs.
