Samuel M. McCarty is an associate attorney with Gray Bugos & Schroeder LLC. Samuel’s practice primarily focuses on real estate and construction litigation.

Samuel routinely represents property owners and design and construction professionals in disputes both big and small involving payment, delays, and allegations of defective services and work. Samuel also serves as outside general counsel for his clients, including several reputable local design and construction firms, efficiently navigating through complex legal issues that arise before, during, and after a project.
